The annual Blues Festival, a crowd favorite, happened  in Chicago from June 8 -10, 2018.  An impressive line-up of Blues musicians highlighted the evening performances at the Jay Pritzker Pavillion in Millennium Park. Four other stages scattered throughout the Park hosted performances during the day.  All were free to the public.

I went to the concert on Saturday and Sunday nights.

On Saturday, Selwyn Birchwood, Willie Clayton, Corky Siegel, Billy Branch, Sam Ley, Rick Estrin and Sugar Blue performed.  

Sunday night headliners were Fantastic Negrito, Kenny Neal, and the legendary Mavis Staples who wowed the audience.  Also performing was Wayne Baker Brooks, son of famed Chicago Blues musician Lonnie Brooks.
